Create a share link for an asset

Body Params

Share link settings you can set. Omitted settings are not changed.

Create a link that always shows the asset's current version. Only true is accepted.

Allowed:
boolean

Whether the link works. A disabled link keeps its settings and can be enabled again.

Whether visitors can download the original files

Whether visitors can browse the asset's other versions

Responses

400

Invalid request body: neither or both of followsDefaultVersion and versionId, followsDefaultVersion other than true, or a null value

403

You do not have permission to create share links for this asset, or the link would let visitors do something you can't, such as download the original

404

Asset not found, or Version not found when versionId is not a version of this asset

409

The asset already has a link that follows its current version, or a link pinned to this version (SHARE_LINK_ALREADY_EXISTS)
